This should help. Rub oatmeal paste on face,leave it to dry for 15 minutes before washing off with cold water. Beat white part of an egg. Exfoliating twice a week is a good natural way of cleaning skin up, including ridding and preventing whiteheads. Whiteheads are caused by a build up of sebum in the pore. The skin secretes sebum through the pores, and if the pore gets blocked in any way (like tiny dead skin particles) the sebum can't escape and creates a ';whitehead';. Unless they are removed carefully they can puss up and be awful. Exfoliating twice a week helps keeps pores clear and allows the sebum to escape freely. Using a gentle facial wash every day will keep skin surface clear in between.
It's fine to squeeze them as long as they don't get infected. squeeze them between cotton buds instead of your fingers as it's much more hygienic as less chance of infection, then put antiseptic cream on it
What i do is use toilet paper over my fingers then squeeze it. It will be red and might bleed a little but it will then go in about a day.

First thing you should do to your skin is drinking lots of water, which removes the toxins from the skin and keeps whiteheads at bay.





Wash off your face with mild cleansers and use mild scrubbers on your skin at least thrice a week. If you apply scrubbers on the skin after taking mild steam in the skin, they go off sooner as it softens the skin and opens up the pores. But always apply skin toner after cleaning the skin to close the pores. You can even rub an ice cube on the skin wrapped in a cotton cloth to block the pored after steaming.


Use creams and gels, which contain alpha Hydroxyl fruit acids. They help in unclogging the pores to remove the whiteheads.


Never squeeze or forcibly remove the whiteheads otherwise you will get a scar or skin infection. Take professional help if the problem cannot be tackled by you.

hi im not going to go buy stuff from outside but i need a fast way of getting rid of whiteheads from home. The only products i have are my moms...they are a pomegranate apricot seed face scrub and some suki skin care products which come with a cleanser and a cream and a toner and stuff. With what you have, I would say to use the cleanser, the toner, and the cream twice daily; morning and night. Use the scrub instead of the cleanser two to three times a week or use a washrag with the cleanser.





Some other tips:


Use a warm compress on your face before the cleanser.


Ice your face for about two minutes after the cleanser. Use the ice especially on the actual whiteheads. These two steps will help you open the pores to clean them out and then close them again.





DO NOT PICK AT YOUR SKIN! It can cause severe infections and scars. In fact, unless you're cleansing, you shouldn't really even be touching your face.





Try changing shampoos and conditioners, too. A lot of them have comedogenic (pore clogging) ingredients.





Be sure to use a clean washrag each time you wash your face.

Put toothpaste on them! I find that if I pop it, then put toothpaste on it immediatly then it goes away faster! I know people say don't pop them, but who can resist? Just make sure you wash your hands before and after!

I wanted to know if biore pore strips will have the same effect if i used it because there's no product for just whiteheads. No, it won't work, because whiteheads (comedones) are covered with a layer of skin, and the Biore strips cannot 'grab' onto the whitehead.


The only way is to pierce the skin and then remove it. Best ot go to a skin salon or the dermatologist.

Biore pore strips are mostly meant for blackheads, which is just dead skin cells that surface on the skin. A whitehead is more like an oil and bacteria clog within the ';infected'; pore. With that said, I don't think using that certain product will eliminate the problem. Use neosporin on it and the bacteria will eventually surface.
aren't whiteheads just pimples? use acne medication for those. theres not a lot else you can do, unless you get birth control or some sort of intense acne medication.
