right now im using neutrogena clear pore and ive been using it for 7 mounts and it isnt really working. I have light acne and would like to get a new acne fash wash for whiteheads, oily skin, and for sensitive skin. i dont want to try something that has alot of steps and is expensive like proactive. what would you suggest for me?Whats a good face wash to get rid of whiteheads?

I've heard Preparation H works wonders, too. Also, remember to drink plenty of water! This will clear your skin up from the inside. That works for my son who is breaking out and his skin stays nice. If he doesn't drink lots and lots of water, I can tell by his skin. I would recommend about a gallon a day. I think it's a pain to keep up with but it's better than harmful chemicals and very much worth it to have clear skin. GL.

I too have had these ugly little skin problems.Isn't it a pain.Because mine is hormonal, its on going.However, I found Aloette Flawless.Two steps of 1.lotion and 2.microdermabrasion.It takes about a week to see great results.It is advised to keep complexions clear to drink all your required water.It is expensive,but to work and find relief I paid $60.00 for a double kit.It works well with retin a .05%! Great for pore reduction. It is labeled to be a Skin Sebum Perfection Serum.I wish you all the luck ,nothing is as frustrating as skin issues .It is so hard on a persons confidence.How did you get rid of your blackheads, whiteheads %26amp; large pores?
Dalicin T Topical Solution, its really good but you have to get it from the doctor.

Neutrogena Pore-Refining products are great for large pores.
It's important to find some balance between getting rid of zits and making sure you have moisture in your skin, so that you will have great skin your whole life. Fine lines start sooner than you expect.

neutrogena has a great line of products just for blackheads. they have a blackhead scrub and cleanser, which both work great. personally, i like the Blackhead Warming Cleanser, because it actually feels warm as you rub it on your face. also i like to use neutrogena clear-pore oil clearing astringent to prevent future breakouts, and they have wonderful moisterizer as well.

2. There have been mixed reviews on pore strips. Some love them while others have complained about losing a strip of skin. If you have sensitive skin it might be better to avoid these strips.

4. Really stubborn blackheads are best removed by a dermatologist and yes... it usually hurts.
5. Retin-A is another defense that you might want to consider. A little stronger than the ydroxy acids, it loosens the blackheads while speeding up cell turnover. That means that skin cells have less of a chance to clog pores.

What's the difference between milia and whiteheads?
Milia...unlike pimples or whiteheads are not caused by trapped bacteria. Milia is more hereditary and you need a specific medication to treat them. Whatever you do don't try to pop them! It will leave permanent scars! See or talk to a dermatologist to see what you need to treat them, but don't treat them like pimples! All you can do to cover them for now is use make-up, until you can get specific treatment.

i put acne medicine, and if they don't go away, i pop them, then continue to put medicine one them.
