I used to do a facial on the regular basis, but when I was told they were not allowed to work on the whiteheads any more I stopped going. Whiteheads are most important for me ... Why are they so difficult to get rid of??? Can I do something by myself without spending a fortune???? LOLCosmetologists any of you??? How come the whiteheads are so tough to get rid of?
whiteheads as well as blackheads r caused by oily skin....all the dirt and residue on ur face causes it..if u wear makeup...no matter what they say about being oil free foundation or powder..its best to stop using it..............the clogging of the makeup plus the pollution from the environment is wat causes it.....theres nothing u can do about the pollution but u can do something about the makeup and the best thing to do for the time being is not use makeup.............wash ur face in lukewarm water everyday...........use a mild soap....to clean well......best thing is baby soap..........and best thing is u dont have to spend a fortune...u'll end up saving a fortune..lol. :)Cosmetologists any of you??? U mean the tiny round 'mila' that is under the skin w/ no opening? we can work on them...people just don't know how....if U go to the store pharmacy %26amp; ask for lancets they work just fine for making an opening w/o scaring....
the most effective way to get rid of melia[whiteheads] is to clean your face then prick with a steralised needle then make sure you squeese the core of it out. it may be that you are using a moisturiser that is too rich for your skin and that could be causing the melia! hope that helps you!!!
