Your toner might not be sweeping away enough old skin cells. For more exfoliation, try adding a face scrub 3-4 times a week. My favorite is Avon's Microdermabrasion Scrub. It has fine, even granules, rinses off completely and is fragrance-free.

Murad's AHA/BHA gel cleanser has jojoba beads %26amp; glycolic acids that help keep skin clear.

Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Cleansing Pads are really good. Each pad has a smooth side %26amp; a textured side so you can choose the level of scrubbing you want. They are soaked w/ a gentle cleanser that gets rid of excess oil w/o overstripping.

If your skin doesn't start to clear up soon see your doctor or a dermatologist to ask about Retin-A or Differin gel.

Use Biore (spelling maybe incorrect) strips.
It's possible you're allergic to one of the products, or to something else. Since you're 23 and I presume, working or studying, those might also be stress breakouts. Do they ease off or get worse during the weekend?

But given that it's in the T zone, I'd check out the products or my diet. Start by eliminating one product every two weeks and checking the condition of your skin after each elimination.

You could also be using too much of one product or using products that are incompatible.

Foam cleanser: about 1 in in diameter (circle) for each side of face, toner- the cotton ball should not be dripping wet, and the amount of moisturizer should not be bigger than a pea sized amount per side of your face.

What is the gel you use? If it has salycilic acid then you might be reacting to it.

What products do you use? You shouldn't combine certain products, ie for dry skin and oily skin.

Your twice a day routine is good; if you wash your face too much more oil will be produced and you'll get more whiteheads.

Also check that you haven't developed the bad habit of wiping your face with your hands. Hands can get very dirty, and sometimes these lead to blackheads when wiped across the face repeatedly. Keep tissue or a face towel handy.

Have you considered a face mask, the kind you can do at home? Try one that helps eliminate oil, and follow the directions.

If all else fails then it may be time to see a dermatologist because that might be some other skin condition. Good luck!

Good luck!
I can recommend you a product that will remove most of your black and white heads in ONE USE!! This will also reduced the breakouts on your face. Follow these remedies in case you suffer from frequent whiteheads. Mix Cornstarch With Vinegar, make a paste and apply on the area for 15-30 minutes, wash off with washcloth and warm water, this helps to get rid whiteheads. Used green tea can be utilized by scrubbing your face with it. Do it twice a week and see the difference. Check out http://useinfo-whitehead.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
