omg ... yes toothpaste ... no not lots of it ... use toothpaste, but it can glog pores .. so make ur own ... use bakin soda n a lil water to form a paste n dab it on the spots ... let it dry ... also .. use visine (or any other eye drops for red eyes) just drop it in a cotton ball and dab it on the spots this will take away almost all of the redness ... do this at night and in the mornin ... and other than that ... dont touch them at all.How do you get rid of pimples and spots and whiteheads overnight?
you should wash your face with a washcloth and soap every time you bath. i wouldnt pop them, just let them run their course and they will be less of a problem in the long run without you pinching them and having your face swell up red.

well u pop them then wash ur face with soap and put achohal on all the spots
