try wearing gloves. It sounds wierd, but often whitehead patterns will form where you touch your face. Do you rest your head in your chin a lot? It will help to just keep the area really clean. Not touching is a good first step, but if that doesn't do the trick, use witch hazel (like 97 cents a bottle) to clean the area a couple times a day. Good luck
