How do you get rid off whiteheads?

I have a small one right in the middle of my forehead and it's very irritating, can you please help? :)How do you get rid off whiteheads?
I put ice on mine, it brings it down and makes it smaller. Then the best thing to do is to let the air get to it....DO NOT PICK IT. It will only leave a scar. Good luck, The spot will go soon enough. xHow do you get rid off whiteheads?

POP IT! i know people say dont do that but i always do that to mine and they go away and they dissapear. so wat i do is squeeze all of the crap out...then wash ur face with ur face wash and the remains of it should quickly fade... but dont do this if u have really sensative skin..then it will leave marks and irritation
