How do you get rid of those stupid whiteheads?

They are so annoying...How do you get rid of those stupid whiteheads?
There is a dilemma. If you pop it, then in the medical sense, it is supposed to make things worse by pushing the oils/dirt into the skin further....





From the nonscientific view, I also just give em' hell and pop them. But, I never have had them bad, and not many. So if you had alot, then I would think doing that could cause scaring in the future.





You best bet would be prevention. Buy face cleanser and use it morning and night, and look into 10% benzode peroxide, that helps with acne problems.

put toothpaste on it. that icy feeling will make it smaller - to nothing.

Always clean your face.
Squeezing and popping will actually do nothing except widen the pore, making it easier to clog back up. Also, the pus is bacteria, and when it is squeezed out, it spreads to other pores. Good exfoliation will keep them to a minimum. Spa facials also help because there is a correct way to remove whiteheads to keep them from returning. Spa professionals will know how to do this with special tools.
take a hot cloth and put it over your white heads so that they are easier to squeeze out--- and it won't scar. after that, use a scrub and scrub that area....

Beat the battle before it has begun friend, try some products that treat misbehaving skin such as the products seen in the link that I have included as a source. Type in the search engine ';misbehaving';--there should be several products that appear.

And wash your... wherever they pop up. every day.
time, they heal the fastest and cleanest if they are left untouched. they won't scar that way either. They also are less likely to spread.

buy some Witch Hazel from the grocery store, cvs, wal mart, etc.





put a little bit on a cotton ball and cleanse the area with it.
