How can I remove a million black heads and whiteheads off my nose ?

The white heads are alot less noticeable but i want to get rid of them too. Its hard for me to get acne except for blackheads and whiteheads on my nose. but I admit that before I wasn't exactly cleaning my face right away after working out and exercising so that's what probably clogged it up. but what can I do to remove themHow can I remove a million black heads and whiteheads off my nose ?

biore has different products to help unclog pores but for the whiteheads there isnt realy any thing that helps it except not eating a lot of junk food. white heads you just have to live with them or press them until the white comes out.
If you get a facial they can do blackhead extraction. Facialists know what they are doing and won't leave your skin red.
