What are whiteheads n how do i get rid of them??

i think i have whiteheads on my cheeks, and some have been there for months. im pretty sure their white heads, i just dont know how to get rid of them! : ) pls help!

i think you have the same thing as me! use some product with salicylic acid and it will reduce down. or else, you have to try to squeeze it...it will come out! and some will turn to red pimples but its okay because red pimples go away but whiteheads are stubborn and never leaves!
use proactive. trust me it works. the same thing happened to me and when i started using proactive it was all gone
