I have whiteheads that i find unnatractive how can i get rid of them?

I realize eating junk food doesnt help but does a hot water cloth on your face help? I need things beside eating right help meI have whiteheads that i find unnatractive how can i get rid of them?
I know you aren't supposed to pop your pimples but let's be honest, who wants to walk around like that?





Do this after a shower because your skin needs to be warm and pliable. Use a clean needle and pierce the side of the pimple and very gently press the other side until it empties. You'll know it's empty when the painful pressure is gone.





If you don't like the needle, just use thin, damp washcloth.

# Apply a hot, wet compressor on an existing whitehead to open the pore. Pop the whitehead with a sterile needle and gently squeeze it. Wash your hands and face before and after to avoid infection.
use a pin or something sharp and small, and poke it open.

extra advices : i exfoliate and it helped me to keep acnes, pimples, whiteheads or blackheads~ i use a chemical exfoliate. it works more gently than a scrub~ but both works well!

You can get rid of them by popping them or using the tip of a sharp needle to get them out. But to keep them away, I've learned exfoliating is the best trick. For some reason, they seem to come when I don't exfoliate.
