I'm currently trying out a regimen using a combination of salicylic acid facial wash, glycolic acid moisturizer and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide solution. You can read more about it here: http://buzz.prevention.com/community/coo鈥?/a>
They're all over-the-counter products (from the drugstore and Sephora for the moisturizer). It's still early to tell, but I'm happy with the results so far.

queen helene mint julep mask is 3 dollars at walmart and sally beauty supply and it actually gets rid of them.
nose strips or even this blackhead/whitehead remover by Sally Hansen. Its at walmart..
