Milia...unlike pimples or whiteheads are not caused by trapped bacteria. Milia is more hereditary and you need a specific medication to treat them. Whatever you do don't try to pop them! It will leave permanent scars! See or talk to a dermatologist to see what you need to treat them, but don't treat them like pimples! All you can do to cover them for now is use make-up, until you can get specific treatment.
