try a good scub. any face scrub in the store will help.
Whiteheads are a pain in the neck, aren't they?! They are formed the same way as blackheads, but they are much more stubborn. I keep them down by using a good quality exfoliating scrub, weekly. I have very sensitive skin and mostly use Clinique, but Avon has a good product, and most department stores have good brands. You can also check into the brands on Sephora, HSN, and QVC.
Um you shouldn't squeeze them at all. You now just made them worse. YOu are only adding more bacteria to your face which pimples/acnes are made of. Acne is a bacteria deep in the pore that hasn't been killed. You need to get an acne treatment like http://cgarcia1.qhealthbeauty.com/produc鈥?/a>

Regular skin care products won't kill acne or clear skin. It is formulated to cleanse the surface of skin acne treatments have ingredients that have been combined to kill the bacteria deep down in the pores.
put toothpast on them and rub it in - it will dry them out
proactive is pretty good. i just started using it about 2 wks ago and my face cleared up pretty good.
