How to prevent pimples and whiteheads WITHOUT buying those cheap solutions?

Whenever i get rid of a pimple or whitehead, another one comes up. I am so frustrated because i put the effort in getting rid of that pimple (or whitehead) out and i have another one to get rid of! So....How do you PREVENT pimples and whiteheads WITHOUT buying those solutions??How to prevent pimples and whiteheads WITHOUT buying those cheap solutions?
drink water trust me i know your thinking man that takes to long i don't wanna drink to Much water so on so further. u don't think it will work trust me drink like 8 cups a day and put toothpaste on those really big ones in a week you'll scream YESHow to prevent pimples and whiteheads WITHOUT buying those cheap solutions?

ive tried SO MANY acne products.


toothpaste and cleareye and peroxide just doesnt prevent them.





a pimple appreas 2 weeks under the ksin befor eyou actually see it. so theres not fast solution you have to wash your face. take off makeup before bed. and stop touching your face.
well, you can buy some expensive stuff usually from a doctor but you need a perscription. proactiv works but not to the point where yu dont have any zit on your face. just works but not greatly.
if u see dat ur getting a pimple just put a little bit of alcohol on it...
use clean and clear it worked for me i used the contious control cleanser.Hope i helped:)
keep ur hands off of it and use a facewash once or twice a day.
