What's the best way to get rid of my blackheads and whiteheads?

I'm sixteen years old, and I use to have really bad acne. After a month and half's use of antibiotics and Differin prescribed by my dermatologist, my acne went away. However, I still have a problem with blackheads on my nose, and whiteheads beneath my lower lip, and between my eyebrows.
