What should i do about whiteheads and shrubbing my face to hard?

I have a lot a whiteheads and want to get rid of them i use lots of creams they sort of help but i shrub my face so hard i leave scrapes and red spots. A person thought i had a bruised face it was so red. How can i get rid of whiteheads quick, easily, and cheap without scrubbing my face to hard.What should i do about whiteheads and shrubbing my face to hard?
Why dont you just invest in nuetrogena, there not very expensive and it clears up your acne in about a week. and scrubbing your face wont help get rid of them. just wash, gently wash your face like 3 times a day and that might help keep dirt and oil off your face.What should i do about whiteheads and shrubbing my face to hard?
scrubbing too hard with a harsh scrub will leave scarring. Be gentle with your face. Use a Benzoyl Peroxide treatment to keep whiteheads from showing up all the time, and a good spot treatment to put right on zits when you first notice them. You should not pop pimples, in fact avoid picking at your face in general.





HOWEVER If a pimple comes all the way to the surface of the skin and is fully white, it probably needs to be popped or else it will just pop on its own later and make a mess, so its better you pop it, but DO IT RIGHT. Whiteheads should be popped like this:


1. Wash your face right out of the shower with a gentle clenser.


2. Disinfect a needle (like one for sewing) with rubbing alcohol.


3. Use the needle to prick a tiny hole in the top of the whitehead so the inside can escape without making such a mess.


4. Wrap toilet paper or tissue around each index finger and press down on both sides of the whitehead and the contents should come out.


5. Clean spot with more alcohol
