What works best for under the skin acne and whiteheads around the mouth?

Lately, i have been breaking out a lot just around my mouth and chin area. They're all right under the skin and whiteheads. I've been using proactive but it hasn't done anything really. Is there something that works better for this?What works best for under the skin acne and whiteheads around the mouth?
Olive Oil is good. For under the skin acne, just let it go down by itself. You can't heal it with cleansing and all.
